Drake House Management Consultants was formed in 1988, bringing together experienced professionals, some from senior positions in the world's largest and most prestigious firms of management consultants. Over the years they have provided a broad, objective, international perspective, assisting clients to:

As Chairman, Derek Hindley developed the Performance Benchmarking Forum (PBF) in the UK in 1997 and in South Africa in 2003, for leading consulting engineering firms. Since that time Drake House has worked exclusively for the international architecture and consulting engineering sector, mainly the Chief Executives and other Main Board Directors of the larger consulting firms and other construction professionals. Its expertise embraces performance measurement and the development of tools to achieve this, including specialised software applications.
